Covid caught up with me.
Well…that whole lazy about preventative treatment thing didn't work out, did it?
This was supposed to be a very busy week for me but it looks like it’s a lay in bed and feel like crap week, ha! I really don’t feel all that bad I have a bit of a cough a bit of a runny nose and a low-grade fever and a few aches. Seriously right now this is probably a milder illness than any flu I have ever had. Of course it’s been many many years since I had the flu. As best I can remember, this really is much milder.
Fear not my friends, and for my enemies, fear all you want. This is just a pebble in the road of my oddball life.
I still plan to live to 128 just to spite your asses.
This down time is giving me an opportunity to think about my Substack. Of course it’s much like my life, with the thought processes and the possibilities for content going in 3 million different directions. I have years and years and years of video that I’ve shot that’s ready to edit and deliver. Substack gives me the ability to add content behind a paywall. No more youtube making money off my work & denying me the income. Woohoo!
Now the big dilemma for me is do I separate sections for different kinds of videos? I have hours and hours of motorcycle travel videos ready for me to put together. I’ve got the DIY videos about renovating the bus or fixing some oddball thing I decided to fix and there’s plenty of those! There’s also the more journalistic aspects of what I do especially in context of the last few years with the world upheaval and the patterns that I see based on my many years observing how Federal Law enforcement around the World attacked the outlaw motorcycle clubs. This is a pretty in-depth subject that takes a huge amount of work to dig up the past news stories & put them into context for what we are seeing happening. This one I need to think on more when I’m not running a fever.
Oooooh! We need more of that type of content on Substack, IMO.
